Students Operate in Scrubs at Annual 'Doctors-for-a-Day' Event
Thirty Students from CPCS and BwCCS took a field trip of a lifetime on June 15 when they visited New York Presbyterian/Columbia University’s Department of Urology where they were able to operate laparoscopic surgical instruments in doctor’s scrubs, learn about the body’s organs and were given lessons on healthy eating.

There are no financial or academic requirements for admission to BwCCS. Each spring, new kindergarten students are chosen by lottery from the pool of applications, with preference given to siblings of currently enrolled students.

We invite you to learn more about the unique educational experience offered at BwCCS by arranging for a school visit. For further information or to request an application or school visit, please contact the school at 718-388-8847. The application may be downloaded from this Web site.
